Shipping policy

Products will be shipped within seven days after having received the order. The buyer has up to thirty (30) days after reception of their product to initiate an exchange for a new kit if the one they received had a defect. The buyer has to pay a flat rate of ten dollars for the exchange, after which the seller (Champignons Kinoko Mushrooms) will send a new kit to the buyer.
